Copper graphite must bear high temperature in the application for a long time, continuous, and uninterruptedly, which is very sensitive in the application. Therefore, the length of the application time is directly related to the natural environment of the application and the actual operation processing process. In order to increase application time, people must do to improve application and processing technology and do a good job of maintenance. The following is the method of maintaining copper graphite:

1. When adding the feeding, the copper material should be slowly added along the inner cavity of the melted copper graphite. The residue should not be placed in an empty or liquid metal material, and it should be appropriately added after the metal material is fully melted.

2. After get off work every day, burn the melted copper graphite to red to facilitate the removal of metal substances in the cavity, prevent too much scum to prevent the heat transfer performance and melting time, and expand and rupture due to thermal deformation.

3. After a long period of power outage or stopping the oven, all metal materials in the 坩埚 should be prepared to prevent the metal material from increasing the increase in the furnace and damaging the 坩埚.

4. Since the melting bronze graphite is a ceramic product, the necessary amount of air pores in the raw materials are very susceptible to moisture. For the application of the flame furnace or heating furnace, heating is necessary to ensure that no water remains in the wall. In the first application, heated the copper-graphite to 130-150 ° C for half an hour, and the standard was not added. Because the wall wall will be quickly oxidized within the temperature range of 3.15-700 degrees, it cannot be heated within this temperature, and it does not need to stay within this temperature for too long.

5. After the melting copper and graphite are heated, the actual operator must quickly increase the temperature to 900-960 degrees without feeding, and keep it for 30 minutes, and then reduce it to all normal use temperatures. The longer the temperature range of 3.15-700 ° C, the easier it is to be oxidized by air. Air oxidation will not only reduce the service life of melting copper graphite, but also endanger its performance indicators due to the decrease in thermal conductivity.
