Our graphite blocks, made from excellent petroleum coke, are widely used in metallurgy, machinery, electronics and chemical industry, etc. Various graphite blocks with qualified materials are available in our factory. We could supply fine-grain graphite, medium-grain graphite, high pure graphite, isostatic graphite, kinds of domestic and imported graphite, and so on. Application:
1. Refractory material:
Widely used in the metallurgical industry.
2. Conducting material:
In the electronics industry, widely used for graphite electrode, brush,, etc
3. Wear-resisting material and lubricant:
Use graphite as wear-resisting and lubrication materials, can be 100m/s speed sliding in - 200 ~ 2000 °C temperature range, no or less lubricanting oil.
4. Sealing material:It can be as sealing ring in the equipment, such as centrifugal pump, hydraulic turbine.
5. Anticorrosion material: Widely used in petroleum, chemical, hydrometallurgy departments.
6. Protection materials:Insulation, high temperature resistant, radiation
7. Furnace parts: resistance heating elements, induction susceptor, structural elements and charging plates, furnace linings, heat shields and covers for pulling monocrystalline silicon or optical fibers, etc.
8. Anodes for the electrolysis of metals.
9. Parts for heat exchangers.

The forming process of our graphite blocks:
Our graphite block is made from superior petroleum coke, and manufactured through crushing, calcining, medium crushing, milling, screening, dosing, kneading, forming, baking, impregnation, graphitization, machining, and inspection. Every step procedure is strictly controlled by our engineers to ensure the product quality.
The application of graphite block:
1. Used for producing graphite crucible, moulds, rotor and shaft, ect.
2. Used as the materials for the furnaces
3. Used as various machining parts in the acid, alkaline, or corrosion environment
4. Used for the graphite electrode making
5. Used to manufacture seals and bearings in pumps, motors and turbines
